We stayed on the executive floor with marina bay view. The view is one of the best in the world. We also had complimentary access to Oriental Club Lounge / Haus 65 which was cozy and great place to chill out. The staff there was excellent, very client oriented and ready to help.

The hotel design, decoration and rooms is very nice and the location is also fantastic since it is accross Lau Pa Sat Hawker Center. But the most outstanding positive in the hotel is the staff and crew who are very courteous and accommodating.

The 5-star Pan Pacific Singapore is directly connected to Marina Square Mall and Suntec Convention Centre. Absolutely loved my stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. But what really stood out was their prompt action when I left behind some personal belongings. They were quick to locate my items and arrange for their return. It's not just a hotel, it's like a home away from home. Can't wait to return!

Appliances are all provided eg hairdryer, ironing board and water boiler. The staffs are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. They are very consistent in providing great hospitality to the guests. Breakfast has a wide variety of dishes. Great view outside from the hotel room balcony.
